Practice Yoga


Is a breath work ritual created by Eva Kaczor. The practice combines breath, findings of modern neuroscience and electronic sounds. It will take you away from your mind into a state of non-ordinary consciousness in an instant.

Each session will focus on a topic or question to support your growth and personal inquiry. It will support you to find focus, presence, creativity and ease. After a session you might feel lighter, less anxious and feel more faith.

Research shows that controlled breathing reduces stress in the body. So it improves your immune functions and calms your nervous system. You might feel more energy and sleep better.

As all sessions are online at the moment, you just need a place to sit comfortable, your electronic device to „zoom“ and good quality headphones.
