The practice of Yin Yoga is like pressing the pause button. It is slower, inner, and colder. Yang is quicker, outer, and warmer. Yin is about checking in and will help you to balance your Yang-ish Lifestyle.

Postures are held for some minutes and will, through slow and long stretching, access the deeper and denser tissue of your body, like fascia. The practice is simple and appropriate for every level.
